Grammar question

Can someone please clarify the following question that I have about this sentence? The word "only" in this sentence could be an example of a misplaced modifier; however, the percentages listed at the end of the sentence also could be an example of faulty sequencing of content. Thanks.

The sensitivity and specificity of an ultrasound study used to confirm the diagnosis are only 64% and 75%, respectively.

Is this an example of:

a. misplaced modifier

b. faulty sequencing of content
