So my employer made a correction with my work.

My question now is which one is correct:

Hi, what size of mattress does the king size bed take?

or

Hi, what size mattress does the king size bed take?

The first one is what I submitted, but my employer "Hi, what size mattress does the king size bed take?" is correct.
