Grammar question

I can not make up your mind. YOU have to tell me what you want me to do.

Are those sentences correct? Can I use phrase make up mind in this context?

'Cannot' is more usually written as one word nowadays.
The correct phrase is 'make up someone's mind for someone'. The ending prepositional phrase is mandatory in the idiom.
