Is the phrase "various cuisine which is unable to get' is correct?

I'm not quite sure what you are trying to say here, but in any case "various cuisine" would never be right. You could say French cuisine, Thai cuisine, etc. but not 'various' unless you qualified that with something like "types of" - so, "various types of cuisine".

And for "which is unable to get", perhaps "which are unavailable" ? But as the other poster said, it would be good to see th
