This is my little question ,please help me with it.

This is the sentence :

The pond and stream are also cleaned using electricity from solar panels.

Why don't you say :

The pond and stream are also cleaned (by) using electricity from solar panels.

Why don't you say :
The pond and stream are also cleaned (by) using electricity from solar panels.
Both versions are correct, but it's better style to omit the "by."
There's absolutely no doubt about the meaning.
