Grammar question

Greeting Friends Emotion: smile

I have to go for a interview& I'm little confused in one sentence.

A) I have worked for Tech M.

B) I worked for Tech M for 3 years.

C) I had worked for Tech M for 3 years.

Actually I joined Tech M in 2005 and left it in 2008. And I want to say this think in my self introduction.
