Grammar question

Hello! I`ve written a poem:

Another season come (or comes or has come) to an end
A new one soon about to begin
Could this be a sign to leave things behind me
As if nature says (or said) it`s time to move on

On beforehand, thank you for the answer!

Another season had come to an end A new one is soon to begin Could this be a sign to leave things behind me? As if nature says it`s time to move on I guess that solves your case. Hope it had helped you.

You can write freely in a poetry but then, you should observe the verb if it agrees to your subject and to the exact time an action takes place.
