Grammar question

Hi there!
Is it wrong to say, "Are you finished your exams?". Should it be, "have you finished your exams" or maybe, "Are you finished with your exams?"

Any help is appreciated and if it is incorrect to say that, can you tell me why?

Thank you so much.

Rua.

Out of the options you have posted the only one that makes since is "Have you finished your exams?".

Yes. Either of those is fine.

Maybe it's a BrE/AmE thing but the second one is not acceptable to me.
