Which wording is correct??

"the pool room, bar, and party room will all be ours"
or
" the pool room, bar, and party room will be all ours"

i don't think that it was used correctly
The pool room, bar and party room will be ours.
by the way it is understood that all of it is ours.
so i think that you don't need the "all" anymore
please reply if you got my message...

Why not "will be all ours", meaning "completely ours"?
Like "she sat all alone".

I think the fact that there was a list made me think that a reference to all of the things in the list was the point of the question.

So, in total, there are four possible forms!
