Grammar quest.

Which of the following forms is correct:
1# velocities of cars relatively each to other
2# velocitiy {velocities???} of each car relatively to other {another????}

maybe both are incorrect Emotion: stick out tongue
please refer to the words in the curly brackets too and tell me if they are possible and why
