Grammar query

Hi. I would like to raise a question regarding the use of compound nouns.

1. Recycle centre or recycling centre

2. Recycle bin or recycling bin

3. Environment issues or Environmental issues

4. Logistics issues or Logistical issues

Can these compound nouns be used interchangeably? To me, there are only subtle differences.
