I gave many feedback to my team members when I did a group work at my university. However, one of the team members, Jay, pointed out what I did not do well after he saw my work. I felt bad at the first time I heard the advice because nobody had told me such a thing before but later I felt thankful for him giving me such a good advice because I was able to get a good grade after taking his advice and applying it to my work. This exprience thought me the importance of accepting an opinion from others and Jay became one of my best friends ever since.
