I do not know how can I do? or I do not know how I can do.

Your sentence is unclear and seemed misconstructed. Do you want to say"

I don't know what I can do? - "What" relates to noun

Or,

I don't know how I can do it better? "How" relates to method.

Say one of these:

I don't know what I can do.
I don't know how I can do that.
I don't know how I can do it.

These are not questions, so do not invert I can to the form can I.
