Grammar present perfect

Hello teachers hope you've had a good time so far.

could you please explain the difference between these two sentences in terms of meaning?

I've been living there for about two years

I 've lived there for about two years.

I' ve been married for about 16years(does it have a continuousy)

I got bewildered.
