Grammar points would native help?

Could a native help me with these few sentences?

Is big hurry correct? Should it be great hurry or a different adverb?

1 If they were late they would have been in a big hurry.

I heard this said, could you tell me if there are any grammatical problems please?

2 I'd be inclined to think more so that he did do it rather than he didn't do it.

Is there anything missing in this sentence? I seems the schhol is too poor to be flaunting a phone?

3 Your school is way too poor to be flaunting such a mobile phone around at your age.

This is incorrect, whats correct please?

4 I'm not so lazy to not do that for you. I would do it if you asked me.

Thank you very much
