Grammar (parts of a sentence)

My friend wanted me to identify the different parts of this sentence:

I received what I felt was poor service.

I = subject
received = verb

I'm not sure how to explain "what I felt like was poor service"
Is it the object? Is it a dependent clause?

Thanks.
