Grammar of native speaker

I observed that sometimes native seemed to omitt pronouncing some word, even in a drama.
For example:

Why you even care about that?
Why you disturb my life?
(I have seen some subtitle in English dramas like these sentences.)

What brothering me is that these native speaker actually omitted pronouncing these words on purpose or they are just too lazy to think about which word they should use in a sentence?

Thanks

  • Although some limited groups (as for instance regional teenagers) may have such a habit, it is a social act, not laziness.
