This is a line in FRIENDS when a girl(Rachel) ran away from her wedding and then called her fiance(Barry):
I'm sorry... I am so sorry...... I know that some girl is going to be incredibly lucky to become Mrs. Barry Finkel, but it isn't me, it's not me. And not that I have any idea who me is right now, but you just have to give me a chance to.......
I can't understand the structure of this sentence in red. I guess it means 'I have no idea who I am'. Could anyone explain its grammar? Specifically, what's the usage of 'not that' without a subjective? What's the usage of 'who me is', should it be 'who I am'?
Many thanks!!

Speech in TV/film isn't necessarily grammatical. " Yes, "who I am" is the grammatical way to say it.
