Hello, I would need someone to go over my correction, the part in bold, i'm correcting this for a student, i've just gotten my tofel exam and working to be a teacher, if someone could look at this, i wouldn't want to give it back with the wrong correction

Hi,

The reason you have not yet had a reply maybe that your post is very long.

I'm glad that you have now started sentences with a capirtal. But oyu still have other problems with capitals and punctuation in some of these examples.

Now that I know you will be a teacher, let me ask you this.

Are you going to teach your students the importance of these matters? If you don't, then they will get a big shock if they go to an English university or get a job with an English employer. They will think that you did not do a good job of teaching them, and I'm sure you don't want that.

No. You need to fix Im. And you have a run-on sentence, ie the comma needs to be a period. That's a serious error. As is the missing period at the end of all your sentences.

But being a teacher involves making decisions about what to teach first, what to teach later, and even what not to teach at all (eg in a beginner class, there are many things you wouldn't teach.)

In my experience, students are usually very ready to accept the teacher's judgement when he says things like 'This is something you can learn later, when your English is a lot better'.

You are the authority. That's a big responsibility. That's why I'm nagging you to punctuate correctly, etc. They will look at your English as a model.
