Grammar mistakes??

Many employees in a big city have to spend a lot of time going to their offices because of a traffic jam during rush hour. Many employees in a small city also have to spend a lot of time on going to their offices because their offices are far away from their houses. Moreover, the employee have to concern doing overwork after transportation is ended if they do not have a car. Thus, some Korean companies these days are pushing ahead with a plan to do work at home to solve those problems. In this way, working at home is more lucrative for employee and employer in order to spend time on their work more effectively.
