In some prefer book. There is a question
4. Lan prefers ________ music than to listen to it.
A. playing
B. play
C. to play
D. played
Its answer is C. to play
But in grammar book, it's only prefer + rather than. However there is only "than" in that question.
Is it an shortcut or anything else.
P/S: Sorry for my bad grammar
