Grammar issue- is this sentence correct?

here is the sentence:
The salary we are offering is comparable to other manager’s salaries.

I am worried that manager's should be managers'. Also, I want to make sure that "manager's salaries" are both correct in this form. Thanks!!!

It should be managers' to show that there is more than one manager. You can also say "... " That does emphasize that there is a range of salaries and that not every manager is paid the same.

It should be managers' to show that there is more than one manager.

You can also say "... comparable to those of other managers." That does emphasize that there is a range of salaries and that not every manager is paid the same.
