grammar in "UN for Taiwan"

I am a Taiwaness and have a grammar question about the advertisement our government recently released. The advertisement has a slogan reads “UN for ”.

Some people think it is confusing and has grammar problems.

So I am wondering if people here can understand the slogan or not ?

ps. UN is United Nation for short

Hi CfA I would understand that slogan to mean that the government is in favor membership in the United Nations for Taiwan. Slogans are frequently a shortened form of English -- just as headlines and "bullets" in a document often are. Is "UN" in the slogan really supposed to mean "United Nation" or is it "United Nation s " as I assumed?

So I am interested at opinions from forigners. Especially when some English
teachers in Taiwan pointed out that the grammar is weird
