Here are the ones you can use these. Don't forget the commas.

If possible, please ...
If it is possible, please ...

When necessary, please ...
When it is necessary, please ...

In the expressions above, you almost always omit "it is". In other words, use the first in each pair.

Now we are talking about ... is a possible expression, but I'm not sure how you want to use it. (Now talking about ... doesn't sound very good to my ear.)
