Grammar help please?

Hi,

Could you please check these sentences for me ?

This room has an eastern aspect, which allows us to have the most of the sun.

This room has an eastern aspect allowed us to have the most of the sun. (Could this one grammatical?)

We are going to have a party,

What is the permitted (level of) noise for the time frame? "Level of" is an optional?

What is the permitted speed in this road?

Cheers

The English is OK, but normally one would expect a southern aspect (or northern in the southern hemisphere) to give the most of the sun. "Aspect" is unusual there in my East Coast US dialect. It sounded wrong at first. "Exposure" is usual, or "this room faces east".
