Could you please advise if I am correct here?

The back door of the hotel is adjacent / adjoining to the beach. (Both words have the same meaning here?)

My both kids are 2 and 4 aged respectively. (Correct I believe)

My both kids 2 and 4 age respectively. (Can this be correct?))
