Grammar help please?

Hi,

Could you please check for me, If I have made any mistakes in these grammar?


I have a gastric ulcer, luckily I don't have any discomfort on my abdomen. (Noun)

I am discomforted with a gastric ulcer. (Verb, passive)

A gastric ulcer can be very discomforting, it varies by person of course. (Adjective)
