Hi,

Could you please advise if these two words are exchangeable?


Ice water might aggravate / exacerbate toothache.

The situation might aggravate / exacerbate if authority don't deal it properly.


His behavior is abnormal / aberrant.

His blood pressure is abnormal / aberrant.
