Grammar help please?

Hi,

Could you please check for me if I have used these words correctly?


Obesity usually has to do with eating / dieting / diet. (Three of them are nouns, therefore all are correct?)

There is a bump / lump in her breast. (Both words are correct?)

I tripped over a bump / lump. (Both words are correct, however bump sounds better in here?)

I am sorry for / with this happening. (Only "with" is correct?)
