Grammar help please?

Hi,

Could you please check for me if I have made any mistake in these sentences?


I believe that your conversation has a implicit / suggestive / underlying meaning on it. (Both words are pretty much same meaning however "suggestive" is more common)

Are you suggesting / suggestive / implicit that I look fat in this jeans? (Three of them are correct?)

This car has a underlying problem in it.
