Grammar help please?

Hi,

Could you please check for me, this is my scale of severity from lightest to worse. Am I correct?

She did that to upset / annoy / irritate / provoke / spite me.


Both of these words are "adjectives" and correct, however "fake" is more accurate?

He used a fake / false name to apply for the job.

This is a fake / false passport or document.

He gave a false / fake statement to the police. (False sounds better in this one)
