Grammar help please?

Hi,

Could you please check for me if I understand these words and usages correctly?

The differences between these verbs are...


I acknowledged making a mistake. (Willingly)

The government acknowledge the problem. (Willingly)

Please acknowledge once you have received my email. (Confirm)

I acknowledged that I have just received your email now.

I admitted making a mistake. (Unwillingly)

The government admit the problem. (Unwillingly)

I have an impulse to do it. (Sudden strong wish)

I have an urge to do it. (Strong wish)

This new policy is good for an economic impulse.
