Grammar help please?

Hi,

Could you please check for me if I have made any mistakes in these sentences?


The treatment originated / was original from Dr Edward. (Verb and adj, both are grammatical)

This medicine originated / was original (design) for head cold but later it was used in headache since. (Verb and adj, both are grammatical)

The book was published / produced in 1980. (Either adj or passive)

The book was edition in 1980. (Noun here)

Can you distinguish these two symptoms? (Know, recognize them)

Can you differentiate these two patients, prescribe the prescriptions differently? (Know the difference, separate them)
