Grammar help please?

Hi there,

These are based on my understanding, please correct me if I am wrong?


Roof/road/table/tree... can almost go with "slant/slope/lean/tile/incline (format).

Yes. 'incline' isn't as useful in all those cases, though, and I think you mean 'tilt', not 'tile'. (I don't understand why you wrote 'format'.)
