Grammar help please?

Hi there,

Could you please check for me if I am using these words and sentences correctly?


The law has been made in 1990, as today we can't retroactive it back.

It has been approved at that time, we can't retroactive today.

It might spell some problems. (Cause)

Sorry. You can't use "retroactive" as a verb. It's an adjective.

Also, you can't use a mention of time (in 1990) together with the present perfect (has been made) in the same sentence.
