Grammar help please?

Hi there,

Could you advise me if I use these two words correctly, please?


I have just bought a BMW, I am going to conserve this car as much as I could from now on. (Means look after)

After many years....

This car has been preserved well, it's still an original paint and has always been parked in the garage.
