Grammar help please?

Hi there,

Could you check for me, if they are grammatical to you, please?


Are you done? I am done it / you are done it / he has done it. (Means finished it, I think?)

Have you done it? I have done it / you have done it / he has done it. (Means finished it)


Are you been done? I am been done / you been done / he has been done. (They are grammatical I wonder?)

Have you been done? I have been done / you have been done / he has been done. (They are grammatical)

Ungrammatical.
