Grammar help please?

Hi there,

Could you please tell me which one is the most commonly used for the native speaker?

I was woken by the noise.

I was wakened by the noise.

I was awoken by the noise.

I was awakened by the noise.


Also please confirm that my meaning is correct in these two sentences?

"I am embarrassed by my family. "

(It means, my family did something bad. I feel embarrassment/embarrassed from the family).


"I embarrassed my family."

(It means, I did something bad then my family feel embarrassment/embarrassed from me).
