Grammar help please?

Hi there,

Can you tell me which word is more natural and popular for native English speaker, please?

Should we fix/set a time for meeting?

Do you want to fix/set a time for coming over?

Thanks.

I' hear set more than fix. But I think a more common approach is simply eg When should we meet? When do you want to come over?
