Hi there,

Can you check for me if I am grammatically correct in these meaning, please?


The company is not liable for any damage cause by misusing of the product. (Now and future)

The company is not liable for any damage is caused by misusing of the product. (Now and future, passive voice)

The company is not liable for any damage caused by misusing of the product. (Past tense)
