Grammar help please?

Hi there,

Can you check for me if these sentences are making any sense in general English, please?


I have screwed/bolted the two pieces together.

I have bolted/fasten/tightened the wheels on the car.

It won't tighten/fasten due to the thread is broken or in the wrong bolt.

Should we fix a time for meeting?

Do you want to fix a time for coming over?

I have screwed / bolted the two pieces together. Fine. I assume you know the difference between a ***** and a bolt.

  • All OK, but say 'bolted'.
