Topic: The purpose of the visit was to get the drawings of Blind Rivet Nut.

Outcome: Seemingly Mr. Bhaskar who heads supply chain management is not interested in dealing with us although we are ready to give him a complete fastening solutions. He asked me to contact Mr. Prabhakar who heads strategic sourcing department and Mr. Prabhakar is not at all responding.

Further plan: We will ask our dealer to penetrate this customer in their own style.

Hi I'd say that 'solutions' doesn't need to be in the plural. ('We are ready to give him a complete fastening solution') I think that 'penetrate' does not work there at all; and I'm not sure about 'style'. Maybe: - We will ask our dealer to approach this customer in their own way Dave
