Grammar help please?
I & Mr. Joseph visited ALR industries to attend the quality issue in the product 773-01 we have been supplying.
We installed 40 pieces of our product 773-01 in their components and found that 10 pieces were not okay. After installation, the guide of 773-01 should break. But it does not break although ALR industries are using our recommended breaking tool. When we try to break the guide, it bends instead of breaking.
We suspect there could be a problem in the notch of the guide. We collected 2 pieces of defective product that will be sent to the headquarters for the analysis.
