Grammar Help Please?

VKS is the manufacturers of Bus Bar components. Their plant is under construction in Dopur, North Bangalore. Their component material is Aluminium 6060 or 3000 or 1000 series having a thickness of 6mm. Each application is going to have 40 Rivets. Once the factory become full production level, they will produce 100 components per day. They have got a quote from our competitor. I explained how does our Rivet work and how our Rivet is better than our competitors. Mr. Kamal asked me to send him a comparision for our Rivets and competitor Rivets. He may need 2 tools, one is for Bangalore and one is for Italy. He asked me to meet him again on Wednesday for showing me their component which is presently not in their office.

VKS is the manufacturers VKS is only one entity, so why pluralize manufacturer? of Bus Bar components. Their plant is under construction in Dopur, North Bangalore. Their component material is Aluminium 6060 or 3000 or 1000 series feeling a little iffy about using "or." Not sure how these materials work, but since they all belong to VKS, why not just use a comma with an "and?" having
