Grammar help please?

We normally give the customers our catalog for their reference. Customers set their assemblies based on our catalog parameters. It has clearly mentioned in our catalog that the head diameter of our product (2231) is 10.9 millimeters. When they checked the product head diameter physically, they measured it as 10.40 millimeters. Now our supplier is asking us to refer the drawing which states the head diameter is 10.00 millimeters.
