Grammar help please

BBC (Distributor) will be responsible for collecting purchase orders, schedules and payments from our customers. Invoicing will be done at our end.
We have offered BBC 5% commission for doing this. But they are demanding 10% commission.
BBC have ensured us that they would not promote other brands under any situation.
Once the contract between BBC and we is signed, we shall hand the customers over to BBC.
