Could you please help to check the grammar of the following message for me?
"In last two weeks, in order to increase the sale of credit card applications. He initiatively suggest and held a credit card pormotion in the meeting and asked for coupons as his stragedy as gifts for customers which successfully motivated and attracted attention in the market. The result of the credit card applications is incredible good which has 20% increase. I'm so appreciated with his effort and performance."
