Sorry about that khoff. Understandable. Heres what I got so far after trying.
Line 1: b, c, _, d, b, c, _
Line 87: a, _, c, c, a, _, b
Line 177: b, b, b, _ (Line 221: "can't stand the haughty people at her country club" is underlined), a, d, c (Line 265: "accomplished and intelligent like Merlin" is underlined)
Line 275: c, c, a, b, a, b, d

Line 363: a, a, b, c, e (Line 413: "no modern artwork of the same genre had ever come close to matching it" is underlined), a (Line 427: I think "was" should be "were" for 'c')
Line 441: e, a, b, b, d, d

_ means I didnt get an answer. Most likely because I didnt know the terminology in the question or answer choices.
