Grammar help???!!!!!

"She demonstrated to our team that she had a strong ability to keep up with the competitive working environment and to progress rapidly in this job"

I wonder Is this sentence grammatical correct? Or could I say: " to keep up with.... and progress rapidly" without "to" ????
