My answers are:

Question 1: no4 No. The capital in "Head' suggests that 'Head' is his official title. That seems very unlikely. My choice is #2.

Question 2: no2 Yes, but #4 is also acceptable if Computer Science is the official name of the program..

Question 3: no1 I agree
